I too cannot access my 25% off coupon that I was emailed back in November and that isn't supposed to expire for quite a while longer. I guess I'll post in here rather than create a new topic, unless creating a new topic looks like it is the better option to get recognized by CS?

I am also jumping on the post here. My coupon was not set to expire for another month and I am unable to access the link. When I click it it says the link is no longer active. Any support appreciated.

I have a different issue, after not receiving my Anthem demo code I looked back and it appears I may have missed other digital promo items and general emails from best buy that weren't strictly order confirmation/ready to pickup. Is there anyway to see if you were supposed to get one of these? My understanding is it wasn't for everyone with GCU that was ending, but it was a selection process for some reason

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. You’re correct that not everyone with an expiring GCU subscription received that coupon. I’d be happy to check for you to see if I can find anything for you about your account, though.

I received an e-mail on November 29th about a 25% off coupon due to my GCU expiring. When I clicked on it, I recall seeing an expiration date all the way out in June 2019.
Fast forward to 01/30/2019. I decided to check on the coupon and when I clicked on the link in the e-mail, I got re-directed to a page which displayed the following message: "This link has expired. Please contact the sender of the email for more information." In fact, when I clicked on any link in the e-mail (i.e. View Account), I get that message.
Is there anything you guys can do on your end to fix this or issue me a new coupon?
PS I spoke with customer service reps over the phone for 1 hour and got bounced to 6 different departments. The last guy must've had a broken headset and couldn't hear me so I had to hang up. I called again and went straight to the Game & Sales Department. The rep on the other end kept saying there's nothing he could do so now I'm here.
