So I got this coupon on Dec. 1st 2018, haven't used it. In fact, I haven't even ordered anything since Sept. of last year. I decided to order a game today and use it since it said it was good from 1/20/2019 - 7/20/2019. Upon entering the code it said that it had already been redeemed. As I said before; I haven't made any orders at all since Sept of last year, so i definitely didn't use it yet.

Back in November I received a coupon for 25% off one game when my gamers club unlocked membership expired. The coupon was supposed to be good until May. Today when I went to click the link to use the coupon it said the link was expired. It would be much appreciated if you could help me with this issue as I want to purchase a game that comes out next week and the only way I can afford it is with this coupon. Thank you.

I went to use my code recently and noticed that it was expired as well. I checked the fine print and it doesn't say anything about an expiration date, so I'm confused by how a customer would know that was the expiry date.
