The information provided in the original post on this thread applies to all titles that are eligible for the Get $10 offer, including the 15-20 day time frame for the issuing of the bonus My Best Buy points. I'd recommend giving the original post a read through as it contains just about everything you may need to know about this promotion.

I placed an order for both Pokemon Sword and Shield games for the Nintendo Switch as they were both eligible for the $10 bonus. My points posted today, upon the games shipping, but only recieved the $10 for one of them. I was under the impression that since these are separate games, I would be eligible to receive 2 x $10 rewards points for them. Is this not the case? If so, some clarification on the promo page would have been nice.

Hi, I did not receive my pokemon 10$ reward certificate on Shield but only on sword. You previously told me this would not be an issue in the forum below. As noted here, it may take up to 20 days for bonus points to be added after a purchase is made. Sometimes points will be quicker, and sometimes they will show as pending, but each case is unique. Just because some points already made it, or show as pending, it does not mean that the other points will not be added. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Please keep an eye out on your account over the next few weeks. Those points should arrive by day 20 after shipping or pickup of the game.
If after the 20 days have passed, you still have not received your bonus points, we’ll be happy to look into it for you. We understand that with any promotion, there’s always potentially someone who might get missed, which is why we are here. We’ll need you to send any moderator (we have -BBY after our names) a private message with the following:
Your full name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your BestBuy.com order number for your pre-order or your Customer Service PIN from your store receipt from when you picked it up.
