I haven’t received my preorder reward bonus of $10 either. When I look in my rewards history the game isn’t listed at all.

Thanks for letting us know that you’re not seeing the $10 bonus cert for preordering Anthem. Generally speaking, customers shouldn't see a $10 bonus cert until 15-20 days after fulfillment of their preorder. With that in mind, it hasn't quite been 20 days since Anthem was released, so I would suggest giving it a bit more time. We certainly want our customers to receive those sorts of special offers for pre-ordering with us, though, and if, after that 20 days has passed, you're still not seeing your certification, I would be more than happy to look into your account further.

  • Your email address
  • Your order number
