Order stuck in processing

I placed an order for several items on November 23, 2017, one of which was a gamers club unlocked 2-year renewal.  All of the other items have been delivered, but the gamers club portion states it is still 'preparing.'  Further, I note that in the order detail it states the following:


Ready to download:
Email sent to [my email address]


However, the only emails I have received with respect to this order are the initial order confirmation email and the shipment notification emails.  I have not received an email with download or activiation intructions.  There is also a link to "Digital Vendor Support Directory" on the order details page.  However, when I click that link, I am taken to a page that states "WE’RE SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG."


My credit card has been charged for the gamers club unlocked renewal and my subscription has now expired.  I would like to have this renewal activated as soon as possible.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I apologize for my late reply. The busy holiday season has us a bit behind and because of that it’s taking longer than we’d like to get back to everyone.


Gamers Club Unlocked is an awesome program, so I know how anxious you must be to get your account reactivated after your renewal. As an aside, thanks for reminding me that it’s time to renew mine!

I’m sorry that your renewal email is giving you an error. I hope that between when you made this post and now you’ve been able to reach out to us by other means to get this all resolved and you’re back to buying video games at the reduced price. If not, please send me a private message by using the link in my signature below this post with your order number and I’ll see if we can find a solution to get your membership back up and running.
