Never received $10 certificate from pre-ordering Battlefield V.

I purchased Battlefield V back in November of last year and still haven't gotten 500 points acredited to my best buy account. This is the second preorder this has happened to so its a little annoying having to come to this forum every time rewards dont show up. Any way I can get this solved? Thanks!

Thanks for choosing to pre-order Battlefield V at Best Buy!  I understand why it would be frustrating to have to reach out each time you make a purchase to ensure you receive the rewards points you qualified for, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you.  With that said, we're glad to see you back here on the forum, and I'll be happy to look into this for you.
