My GCU subscription expired ~3 months early

Back in Nov. 2013, eligible GCU accounts were supposed to have their subscriptions extended to expire on Feb. 10, 2014. Mine was an eligible account but it never got the extension. This should have been my new date, and after extending my sub 3 times, my expiration date should have been Feb. 10, 2020. However, my membership ended a few weeks ago.

 

I seem to remember many members having issues not having their sub extended automatically, initially and in the many months following the announcement. It seemed like support was always trying to fix the issue. I patiently waited till Jul. 2014 in hopes that it would get the automatic adjustment, but it never came, and I had had enough. So I contacted support via email and was assured my account expiration date would be fixed. Obviously it was not. I can provide the email ID and case ID, along with other info, if necessary.

 

Please help.
