Games like Luigi's Mansion 3 have been available to pre-order for some time before they became participants in the $10 rewards promotional. For folks that have pre-ordered these games before the $10 rewards got applied, do they need to cancel their existing order and re-order, or do the rewards automatically get applied to their existing pre-order?

I wanted to let you know that we're working on getting that updated on the main page for the promotion. It looks like no games have that badge in our app, so that won't be updated. I can confirm that Luigi's Mansion 3 is a part of the promotion for sure, however.

Hello, i have a question. If i purchase both a PS4 copy and a Xbox One copy of a eligible game, will i receive 2 $10 certificate?
Also, if i buy both Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, will i get 2 $10 certificate.

Great question! To clarify, any game that has its own unique sku, such as Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, or an Xbox copy of one game compared to its PS4 copy, would qualify for a $10 bonus My Best Buy™ reward certificate. Please know there is a limit of one bonus certificate per title, so if you buy two copies of a qualifying Xbox game, you can expect to only receive one bonus certificate.

My apologies, I realize I misstated the offer in my previous post. To clarify, the bonus $10 reward certificate is limited to one certificate per title. So if you were to purchase a copy of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for Xbox and PS4, you can expect to receive one bonus $10 certificate.

I understand you have some concerns regarding the bonus $10 in My Best Buy rewards you’ve been expecting, and I'd be happy to explain this a bit more for you!
As mentioned in the original post on this thread, when you meet the promotion's requirements, you should receive the 500 My Best Buy points credited to your account within 15-20 days of purchase or game shipment. With this being said, it isn't quite past that time frame, so at this point we would ask that you are patient as you should be receiving your bonus points soon!
Should the above mentioned time frame go by and you still haven't receive your bonus, please feel free to shoot us a private message on here, and we'd be happy to take a closer look into this for you and see what's possible at that time!
