I have a question, and apologies if this has been asked before, but the Hall of Fame version of Madden 19 is included in this promotion, correct? Because the people at my Best Buy looked at me like I was crazy, and I was even told "that's not a thing".

Also, how will we receive the certificate? Is it e-mailed now? Because I thought it was printed out after the purchase.

Welcome back to the forums. Yes, the Hall of Fame Edition of Madden 19 does qualify for the Get $10 bonus. The bonus itself is fulfilled as 500 rewards points ($10 certificate value) being issued to your account automatically, 15-20 days after release.
