I’d like to check in to that order to see if I can help out at all. Please send me a private message, through the link in my signature, with a few order details. Specifically, I’ll need your name, email address, phone number, and the order number or customer service PIN from the bottom of your receipt.
That should help me verify whether that purchase met all of the qualifications for those bonus certificates.
