We traditionally see these points added within approximately 15 days from the time of pick up or fulfillment so it's rather odd that you have yet to see them added. Please feel free to send me a Private Message containing the following info:

It sounds like you might be viewing our forums through a mobile device. If that’s the case, then you’ll want to either log in through an actual computer, or switch to the desktop version of the app on your phone. Once you can send us the information Michael requested via private message, we’d be happy to dive in and see how we can help.
One slight correction to the information Michael gave is that points take 15-20 days to post from time of pickup or shipping. If those 20 days have not passed, you would not yet see the points in your account.
