I was hoping to use the $10 from preordering Luigi's Mansion 3 for the preorder of Pokemon, but I guess I won't be able to do that since it's not even in the pending points. I doubt that preordering Pokemon will give me the promised "$10 points", so I'm not going to buy that either or anything else from BestBuy. I hate it when a company promises to deliver something and then they can't deliver.

The return period for myBestBuy non-elite members on Luguis Mansion Nintendo switch game which came out on Oct. 31 is over and my $10 Certificate should have been already issued. The points from the transaction are already issued through the Rewards History page. If any additional information is needed let me know, thanks!

Since my last post, there have been several posts about not getting the $10 certificate bonus for Luigi’s Mansion 3.
I want to reiterate again that the process for every game that qualifies for the Get $10 promotion, the points generally post between 15-20 days from the day you pick up your game in-store, or it ships out to you. This has been the same process for the entire seven years I have been working these gaming boards and is called out in our floated post:
Q: When will I receive my $10 reward certificate?
A: Please provide your member number at the time of pre-order and pickup. When you meet these requirements, you will receive 500 My Best Buy points credited to your account within 15-20 days of purchase or game shipment.
I completely understand that some of you have seen points post sooner than this time frame with other titles, and that’s great, but it doesn’t change our process. We’ve also pointed out several times that the bonus does not need to show as pending for you to get the bonus.
If after the 20 days have passed, you still have not received your bonus points, we’ll be happy to look into it for you. We understand that with any promotion, there’s always potentially someone who might get missed, which is why we are here. We’ll need you to send any moderator (we have -BBY after our names) a private message with the following:
With this information, we’ll be able to verify if you qualified, and if needed, provide the points for the promotion.

Hopefully I recieve my $10 next week. I still don't even have any pending points for my purchase either. Being an elite plus and using my BB card, I should be seeing 6% but I see nothing.
