Hello, as many others on here my gamers club is not working online. I have made purchases in store and have been fine but I was trying to get a title that was out of stock at my local best buy store and the gamers club did not reflect in the price. I tried logging in and out as I had seen suggested on here also but it still doesnt not work. Please let me know what I need to do to fix this as I would make many more purchases online if this worked.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for being a GCU member. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble using your discount online, and will be happy to advise you here.
Most of the time when this happens it’s because someone unknowingly has multiple My Best Buy rewards accounts, and the one linked to your BestBuy.com profile is not the one that hosts your GCU membership. If you’ve received your discount in-store, the easiest way to check is to compare the My Best Buy Member ID listed on your store receipt with the one on your .com profile. If they’re different, that’s the issue.
