Having multiple issues when trying to use your Gamers Club Unlocked (GCU) account isn’t ideal. If the game you were wanting to purchase was a new, physical game and was otherwise qualifying according to the term and conditions here, the discount should still apply so long as your account was added at the time of purchase. I would love to look into this a little further to see what I can do to assist going forward!
So I can best do that, can you please provide some additional information? I’ll need your full name, phone number, email address, and the customer service PIN from the bottom of your store receipt.
