Gamers Club Unlocked 25% off coupon issue

Hi, I was browsing the website, attempting to use my 25% off coupon for my Gamers Club membership being expired, and I was unable to access the link in my email from June 9th. I know that the coupon wasn't expired yet because I looked at it when I received the email. I was saving it for a game that I wanted.

After browsing the forums, I came upon this post with other users having the same problem. I was wondering if I could get some assistance with this so I can use the coupon.

Having one last opportunity to score a nice deal with that coupon would obviously be ideal, so let’s see what we can do to help assist you.

 

The links to those coupons are only good for a certain amount of time before they expire, so it’s imperative that the link be clicked right away to claim the coupon.  As it turns out, we are not able to reactivate the link or resend the coupon. 

 

However, if you can send me a private message with the information that Kayla has asked for in the past, I’d be happy to see if there are any options we have to resolve this for you.
