I received an email with a link to the 25% coupon, which shows an expiration date of 8/19/19. When I tried using it on the site, a message indicated that the code was already redeemed. I have not redeemed the code. Can you please assist?

I am in a similar situation - got my GCU 25% off coupon at the end of the year (to expire this summer), and I'm getting a dead URL link when I click on it now.
