Gamers Club 25% Issue

Same as others, when my Best Buy Gamer's Club expired in August, I was sent a 25% off one game coupon which didn't expire until early next year.  I went to use it today and when I click the link in my email it says error 404. Is there some way I can get a new link to this coupon?

Had the same issue yesterday myself. I spoke with atleast 5 different people who kept transferring me.

Hello, mdorris,

 

Getting a little bonus coupon after your Gamers Club Unlocked has expired, is hopefully a nice surprise, but only if you get to use it!  With these emails, there was a link included that took you to the coupon.  While the coupon itself has a longer expiration date on it, the link to the coupon is only available for a short time before it expires, which means the coupon needs to be printed off right away.  Once the link expires, we aren’t able to renew it, send a new link, or send a new email with a new link.

 

We can certainly see if there are other options available, but to do so, I'd need you to send me a private message with your full name, email address, phone number, and member ID number.  You can send me a private message by logging into the forum and clicking on the blue button across from my signature on this post.
