GCU was working earlier, and will not work, even on Non-Sale game. Help!

So, I just went to a local Best Buy store and purchased a few games in store because my e-gift cards were not working online. My Gamers Club is good until midnight tonight, and yes, it did work in store. Unfortunately, I could not find all of the games I was looking for and so I was forced to buy some online. I was in the middle of purchasing 2 Nintendo Switch games that I could not find in store, and got an error each time. I closed everything out, refreshed my browsers, etc etc. I add the games back to the cart.... NO GAMERS CLUB!! I get that it is Cyber Monday and so it makes sense to disable it for anything on sale, but one of the games is literally full priced. It would be no big deal, I would just buy the game tomorrow, but it expires tonight! The timing is unfortunate, and that is not your fault, but it literally was in my cart ready for purchase. I wish I saved a screenshot of the pending amount, because I think it is only fair that I should receive those prices, as they were advertised. Is there anyway I can receive a promotional gift card for the price difference I would have to pay or something. I love Best Buy, I do almost all of my electronics shopping there exclusively, and I used to work at a location for almost a year. I have never had this much difficulty buying a few video games. As I said before, I only had today to buy these games, and I already had to go out of my way to go to a physical store to do half of the transaction. If my gift cards would have worked in the first place as they did in store, I could have avoided all of this mess because the Gamers Club worked this morning. So, would there be any way of rectifying this situation? Thanks!

 SlickNickM94,

Welcome back! We hope you have been well since you last connected here on the Best Buy Forums.

I am an avid gamer myself, so I can certainly understand you wanting the best deals available. Gamers Club memberships expire at 12:01 am of the day listed for expiration. Once your membership expires, we would not be able to continue to provide a discount on video games.

That being said, I’d be happy to look into this a bit closer for you and see what options may be available. While I cannot promise any specific outcome, please feel free to send me a private message with your full name, email, phone number, order number, and details on the games you were looking to purchase.
