I completely understand why you’d want to utilize your Gamer’s Club Unlocked (GCU) membership benefits as long as your subscription is still active, so it’s disappointing to hear you’ve been having trouble doing so.
Assuming your gaming purchases have been linked to your My Best Buy™ account, and your GCU membership is still active, you should be receiving GCU benefits for your qualifying purchases.
