GCU is not working

My account expires today and I am trying to place a last order. I waited until black Friday ended but the discount still does not show. I've gone all the way through the process of placing an order. I've emptied my cart, signed out and back in, but nothing. My account still shows in a member and is not expired.

Today are Cyber Monday sales so it's possible the sale does not apply to other discounts.

To give more details, I was attempting to place a preorder while my gcu discount was still in effect. It was not working at the start of the week, when it should have, but waited until black Friday passed to be concerned. It passed but I still could not get my discount to apply. I went all the way through the process of placing the order but my GCU discount never worked.

I'm sure you were rather eager to place some last-minute orders with your discount while it was still an active membership, so I appreciate you giving us the chance to explain the situation.


Like our super-user, hockeycanuckjc, guessed, all Gamer's Club Unlocked discounts are suspended from Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday as called out in our Price Match Guarantee. I can see where that would be a disadvantage to you given the expiration date you mentioned though, so while I can't make any guarantees as to the outcome, please know I'll be following up with your private message you proactively sent us a while back.
