Spent 30 minutes on the pone today being transferred from department to department before being told to email email@example.com which just bounces back saying the mailbox is full. Figured I'd give the forums a shot. I recieved a 25% coupon off a game purchase on Oct 22nd. I issued the coupon on 11/4 (expiration date shows 11/4/2018 – 5/4/2019. When I tried to make a purchase on the same day, I received the following error:
The following promotional codes have already been redeemed and cannot be reused: <coupon code>
Is there anyway to get a valid coupon code reissued? Thank you for your time..
