Hello BB Team,
While attempting to pre-order a game today I noticed that my Gamer Club discount is no longer applying.
My account is active until October of this year which I've confirmed multiple times while attempting to resolve the issue myself.
I've seen this resolved by providing Account #, Email Address on the account and browser being used. I've attempted purchase within the BestBuy App and Google Chrome. Other information I will PM to BB support when asked.
Let me know any additional details required to get this resolved.
