I received a 25% coupon to use after my Gamer's Club Unlocked account was ending. However, I guess (as I literally just found out today) that I never ACTIVATED the coupon. And now the link to the coupon in the BBY email that I saved, no longer works.
I See that many others have had this issue as well. I know for a fact that my original 25% off coupon was valid through 12/7/2019 because I set a calendar event in my phone.
Anyway, I have been informed that I should message a BBY support person (username ending in "BBY") with the following information so they can look into it:
