As many others before me have experienced, I no longer can access the email link that was given to me on January 19, 2019 for the 25% off coupon. I keep running into issues when I want to private message a support specialist as well; invalid HTML found in the message body and private message limits (made sure to clear cookies/caches). If somebody could assist me in resolving this issues, that would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry that coupon isn’t working for you, and that you’re having trouble sending in a private message. I’ll shortly be sending you a private message, and hopefully you’ll be able to reply to it.
If you can’t reply, I suggest trying to send the message from a computer if you are currently working on a mobile phone. If you’re on a computer, please try with a different browser.
