I am having the same issue with my preorder of CyberPunk. I have already sent a private message with further details and just want to make sure it's resolved. It seems like it already won't ship in time for release and I want to avoid a canceled order, which happened to me already with Watch Dogs Legion. I had to change the payment details and now the GCU discount is not showing correctly.

Appreciate any help you can provide with this.

Update: CyberPunk and the steel book case that it comes with both now say "delayed" and that they will be canceled soon if this issue isn't fixed (just like what happened to my preorder of Watch Dogs: Legion with the same problem). I assumed this was going to happen when the game didn't ship in time for release and that concern has unfortunately now been realized.

I really hope someone from Best Buy can take of this for me and others who are experiencing the same problem as soon as possible so as to avoid losing our orders.

I, too, am having this issue with my preorder of CyberPunk 2077.  As I posted a few days ago, the GCU discount was not honored and the game/order is stuck in a "delayed" state, much like a previous order I had with a similar issue.  Despite being disappointed this hasn't been resolved yet and the game not shipping as well, I want to make sure to avoid an unwanted cancellation.  I would really appreciate any help with remedying this issue.

Welcome back to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  After pre-ordering Cyberpunk 2077 back in August of 2019, I was relieved to see my copy finally make it to my doorstep this morning, so I completely understand why you’re not interested in having any other delays with this order.  I’ll be happy to take a closer look, and see what we can do to resolve the issues you’ve described having.

For me to begin my research, I’ll need a few pieces of additional information from you.  Most of the information I’ll need is private information we’ll want to keep out of the public view of our Support Forums, so if you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your order number

As mentioned, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me this information, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
