As my Gamer's Club membership was expiring back in October I was emailed a coupong for 25% off a game of my choice which was good until January of 2019. I still have this email, but when I went to use it today, it said the link in my email is no longer valid and I cannot access the coupon.
I tried to contact a representative via Best Buy's customer service chat, but after an hour of talking to this person all they could tell me was that Gamer's Club was expired (duh) and that I should go to my local store and ask someone there about the coupon.
Is there no way that I could have this email resent or the coupon reissued? Its still in date, I just cannot access it from te expired link in my email.

I have the same problem. I clicked the "Get Coupon" button in the email and said that the link had expired.
The coupon is supposed to be good till 2/2/19
