It is totally unfair to cancel my account with no prior notice, I just got an email that said I violated the terms and my account is canceled!!
no consideration that I was an elite customer, at least send me a warning telling me my mistake, you realize that we do not read the terms at all so a warning would be nice!
Please, I would appreciate it if you would consider that decision and help me out!

As it sounds like you’re aware, violating the terms and conditions of our Gamers Club Unlocked program may result in your membership being terminated. Specifically, there is a limit of three copies of each title per platform per year per member. I see you’ve confirmed your purchases exceeded these limits, which is why your membership has been cancelled. Once cancelled, we’ll be unable to reinstate your membership.

As outlined in the Gamers Club Unlocked terms, seen here, your membership may be terminated if Best Buy determines your conduct has violated the terms of this program. We’ll be unable to reinstate your membership once it has been terminated, however, you’re welcome to create a new My Best Buy® account. You agreed to the terms and conditions when you got your GCU. If you did not read them and just checked the box to accept them then that is the way it is.
