Like many others on the forum, I was looking forward to using my 25% coupon offer from when my GCU expired. Unfortunately when I go to access the coupon from my email I get the following error:
"404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
I called support yesterday and was told that a ticket would be opened. It's been over 24 hours now and... nothing. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I've been a loyal Best Buy supporter and fan of GCU for years.
Please note, there is no expiration date anywhere in the email. I received the coupon offer a couple months ago when my GCU ended. Please help.

The Gamers' Club Unlocked coupon is one that many of our customers have received towards the end of their subscription. However, it seems like some of the emails may not have shown that the link had a period of expiration that required the link be access prior to. This may be the issue here but we won't know until we check. In order to see how I can assist, I simply ask that you use the blue private message below to shoot over a PM with your full name, email address, and phone number.
