Welcome to our forums! Now that our Gamer’s Club Unlocked program has come to an end, some members have found themselves on the receiving end of a coupon as a thank you for their membership. The coupon is a great way to save some money towards your next gaming purchase, but we’ve received word from some users that the link to the coupon in these emails expires before the coupon itself.
As it sounds like you’ve found yourself in this situation, we’ve put together a floated post with a step-by-step process that you may find useful, which you’ll be able to find here. While we’re unable to renew the link, send a replacement link, or send a new email with a new link to the coupon, we want to make sure we’re offering any assistance we can.

Hi,
My Gamers Club Unlocked (GCU) eneded last October. I received a 25% off coupon link for any game around that time. I read it and I think it expires some time in February 2020. I was ready to use it last week, but the link is now broken with error message 404 Page Not Found. I chatted online with Best Buy and the associate and they could not do anything. He told me to go to the store and talk to customer service. I also emailed Customer Service but yet got a reply after a week. I wonder what could be done? Please help.

As Sean mentioned above, you would want to follow the steps outlined here when it comes to the Gamers Club Unlocked (GCU) coupon. Fey-BBY is still very much a part of the forum; however, all private messages go into the same queue to be worked in the order they are received. So, even if Fey were to have moved on to a different role, a private message sent to her would still be active. Just a matter of waiting for a moderator to reply.

Hello I am receiving a 404 error when I click on my 25% GCU coupon. I was hoping to use it and it did not expire until February. I appreciate your help in advanced.

Hello,
I received an email with a 25% off code that should be good until the end of Feb when my GCU expired back in August. I'm looking to use that coupon now, but the link in the email takes me to a 404 page. Could I get some assistance in getting this resolved so I can use the 25% off?

My GCU expired in September and I got a coupon for 25% of a game. The coupon didn't expire until sometime in mid March. So I thought I'd save for the Doom Eternal deluxe edition. Well, the link in my email no longer works and the coupon isnt listed on my offers.
I've read other people here say the the link expires well before the coupon does, but no where in the email does it mention this fact. Tried calling customer support and they literally told me "Its our fault but we cant help you." Nice, great. I've even tried calling my local Best Buy but got no help there.
I'm pretty frustrated, as you can imagine. But it seems other people with this problem have been helped, so I'm hoping ya'll can help me solve this.
