The game only came out on last week. You won't see anything at least until the beginning of April.

When looking at myBestBuy rewards account, I received only 180 points for the pre order and purchase of The Division 2. So the points have already posted to my rewards account, however, I dind't receive the correct amount of points.

It isn't uncommon for the points for the purchase itself to arrive first, and the bonus points to be added later on. Please hang tight for those 20 days, and reach back out to us if you don't see the points by then.

You don't receive the bonus points for 2 to 3 weeks after delivery.
You will most likely not see them until April

I preordered the Division 2 Gold Edition on March 11, 2019 prior to the release date of March 12, 2019. The sales transaction recently closed on my Best Buy Rewards account without the 500 Points being added. I know that its been stated that the transaction does take up to 20 days to post, but I have never seen the points added after the reward in finalized on my account at least.
I did have issues fufilling the order in-store as there was an issue with the In Store pickup not allowing the store in question to "pick" the order even though copies were available for purchase. The Store Manager eventually authorized a 'downtime' order slip to be completed so I could take the game home on release day.
Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sure you're anxious to get those bonus My Best Buy reward certificates. As we noted above, it can take 20 days from pickup for the bonus points to be added to your account. It isn't uncommon for the points to come separately from the points for the purchase itself.
The downtime process should not affect the bonus points at all, aside from potentially delaying them a day. If the pickup wasn't able to be processed until the following day due to a system outage, the system would see your pickup date as when it was processed. You should have received a pickup confirmation email when it was processed. The date on that will be your pickup date for the purposes of the 20-day clock.
If you don't see the points on day 21 from pickup, please reach back out.
