$10 reward certificate not received?

 

Hello.  I ordered several games over the last 4-5 weeks that offered $10 reward certificates and I haven't received any of them.  Can you look into them and see if I should have received the rewards already?  I have checked both my Inbox and Bulk email folders.  Here's a few of the games I bought:

 

FIFA 19 Champions Edition PS4 on Sept 22

Assassin's Creed Odyssey Gold Steelbook Edition on Sept 30

Call of Duty Black Ops 4 PS4 on Oct 3

You may or may not already know but you don't get a phyiscal $10 off coupon for pre-ordering, what you will get is 500 points added your My Best Buy account. They cant take up to 30 days for the points to show up on your account. Log into your rewards section on your My Best Buy account and find the transaction in your history and then open it and it should show 500 bonus points for each game. You then can convert the points to certificates you can print out, every 250 points is $5 in store credit.

Thank you for the clarification.  Is there a way I can verify if the points have been to my total?  I am not sure exactly how many points I had before the purchases, or where the points in my total came from.  Is there a points history I can access?

Welcome back to the forums and thanks for posting. You ask some excellent questions, which I’ll be happy to help clarify here.

 

Firstly, @Kinsella5 is spot on about how the Get $10 Bonus is applied, however, points should post to your account within 15-20 days of release, not 30. That said, I recommend reviewing the Get $10 page for more information regarding the program.

 

As for reviewing your points, yes, your points history can be reviewed on BestBuy.com. Once signed in, select the “Account” drop down from the top of the page and choose “Account Home”. From this page, choose “See your rewards history”, where you should be able to locate your 500 point credits for pre-ordering.

Can you please check my purchase as well? I never received $10 for the Super Smash Bros that i purchased.
