I pre-ordered 2 copies of FarCry 5. 1 on one day and the other on the next day. the manager of the store said that since it wasn't on 1 transaction that I would get 2 $10 dollar pre-order bonuses making it 20 dollars. I came and picked up both games the day it came out on March 27th.  I have yet to receive the  2 $10 dollar pre-order is the 20th day. tomorrow will be the 21st day. I was wondering whats taking so long or what should i do?

Re: $10 dollar pre-order bonus

Hi Fullmoon –

Welcome to the forums and thanks for your pre-orders. Our Get $10 Bonus is an incentive that I personally value greatly for my own pre-orders, so I definitely understand wanting to make sure you’re getting everything you’re due. That said, there appears to have been some misinformation or miscommunication at the store, which I’ll be happy to clarify for you.

When pre-ordering multiple copies of a title, at this time you need to pre-order each copy individually to receive a physical or DLC code bonus for each copy. In regards to Get $10, please know that the bonus is “Limit one award per member per title.” Because the award is linked to your rewards membership you only qualify to receive one bonus regardless of how many copies you pre-order, individually or together.

I do apologize if this was incorrectly communicated to you at our store, but providing you with a second bonus is not something we’ll be able to do. If you’ve checked your Rewards History on and are not seeing your 500 bonus points ($10 Certificate Value) posted for your original pre-order, please send me a private message with the following information. You can message me by selecting the blue button in my signature.
