Keep getting offer emails that when got to I activate I receive the "It looks like you're not eligible for this offer" message. Never had this issue till recently. Not sure what would have changed. Is a merge required?

This type of message can occur if you have multiple accounts and are logging into one the offer was not issued to. If you can send me a private message with your full name, phone number, and email address, I can check on that and see if a merge is needed.
