no purchase history or rewards

It seems my account has been removed, I no longer see a purchase history or my rewards. Can someone help?

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!

 

I can imagine the questions that may have ran through your head after logging in only to find nothing.  A rewards account isn't going to just vanish, so something must have happened.  I wonder if maybe you somehow created a new rewards account leaving you with two.  If that turns out to be the case, then a merge would be our best bet.  I will know more once I have the chance to take a look.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will see what I can do to further assist.
