I made a purchase on September 8th. It was just delivered today. The purchase has not shown up in my rewards account. I called best buy and the person I spoke with in accounts said she could not see the purchase (nearly $3000). My status did change to elite after it was delivered (we were billed in September!!!) but the poinmt have not shown up, When I try to add them through the online add point page I get an eror kmessage. The piurchase does show in my account but customer service can oyt see it for some reason. My phone and address are the same in my account as what she was looing atk but it shows 0$ spent.
I hope you can helo. I have spent hours and hours on this already. Almost bought another major appliance a few days ago, but got a reminderr of how mujch trouble I have with best buy on every purchase when I called customer suppoort and she could not find the purchase. I also can not find elite phonme numer. I am hoping someone there might be able to help. I am in Hawaii so regular customer se4ervice is usually closed when I can call, and they have not been able to help.

Thanks for trusting Best Buy with your appliance purchase. I totally hear how big of an investment that is, so ensuring you have any qualifying My Best Buy points from the purchase is essential to having the most benefit.
Based on what you’ve said, it sounds like the reason points are not showing yet may be due to the delivery only happening the same day as your post. Points for qualifying purchases are distributed 15 days from “purchase or time of shipment”. That means points should be distributed within 15 days after the delivery, so I’d recommend keeping an eye on your account as the points should show up so long as the purchase was attached to your My Best Buy account. Thanks very much.m I had thought that since I waws billed at the beginning of sep[tember the ponts would have shown up. I am seeing them now. I appreciate the help.
I am not sure if it is worth the trouble, but that purchase should have made me elite plus,. and I just got a welcome to elite notice. The purchases which made me elite were around black friday, but do not seem to have been counted.. Not sure how much of a difference it makes, so I will call if I can find the support number, and will not if I can't because I spent hours talking to someone at the regular number who could not see my account.. just not worth the time.
I do apppreciate your help. I did not know that they would not show up for months after I was billed.
