I'm trying to get through to customer service and can't find the elite 24/7 support line phone number. I called this morning and it said they are not open yet. What happened to 24/7? Called back and now they are "having technical difficulties." How do I get in touch with them through the 24/7 support line?

One of the benefits of having Elite or Elite Plus status is the dedicated phone line, and you should be able to find the phone number by logging into your rewards account and clicking on Rewards Overview. Please keep in mind the agents that answer those calls are primarily there to help with rewards program-related questions. Any calls that do not pertain to the program are likely to be transferred, so calling (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289 would be the best route. Also while that line is open 24/7, agents do not take calls from 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. Central Time. You should still have access to the self-service options though, which can help with the following topics:
* Points Balance
* Reward History (Last 5+ transactions)
* Certificate Status
* Attach Missing Points
* Points needed to next certificate
* Spend needed to reach next tier level
