I placed an order on 11/24 and was surprised to see that it won't arrive until 11/30. I am an Elite Plus member, aren't I supposed to get guaranteed 2 day free shipping?

Welcome back! Thank you for reaching out to us regarding our free 2-day shipping benefit extended to our My Best Buy Elite Plus members. This is a great benefit that many of our Elite Plus members enjoy, so I can understand why a later fulfillment date may catch you by surprise.
With that said, while this is a benefit we extend to our Elite Plus customers and we do our best to meet this time frame, it is not guaranteed due to many factors. Our Benefits page notes that processing times may apply. As this tends to come up this time of year, I've put together a helpful post that's been floated to the top of our Elite & Elite Plus Membership page.
