I had over 4000 points that I was prepared to use dtowards a large purchse. I login and see that my points were redeemed in a store somewhere half across the country for a gift card! What gives? I never had any notice that my account had been breached, no notice of any activity on my account, no warnings that there was an attempt to access my user info. So whats the story BB? How do I get my stolen points back?

Thank you for connecting with us on the forum, though I truly wish it were under better circumstances. Finding your account may have been compromised and rewards redeemed without your authorization would be most disconcerting.
Generally such occurrences are due to your password being compromised. As such, we encourage you to change the password to your BestBuy.com account, as well as your associated email account. This should secure your account if you haven't already taken these steps.
