Very poor customer service

I called the elite customer service number about a continuing issue with my rewards account. The person that answered the phone repeatedly placed me on hold and then could not help me again. This was the fourth attempt over the course of a month that I tried to get help. I have visited the store, I have called customer service and I had Best Buy employees call the customer service department. I was finally transferred to a “supervisor”. The experience was completely terrible. I was baffled by his complete lack of sympathy, empathy or respect for me or the issue I am having. I would like to speak with someone in person or over the phone to discuss this incident so it does not happen to someone else.

My problem was with their customer service department at the member services. The person I spoke with, would not let me finish a sentence. He kept talking over me. And that was after waiting over a month for a resolution that has yet to come. This particular incident, I was left on hold for over an hour while waiting for some kind of answer other than, “I dont’t know, let me check, please hold.” Conviently I never received a survey for that phone call either. After every other call, I get an email asking me to fill out a survey about the service.

No I did not receive an “acceptable solution”. No one from Best Buy has responded.
