It is that time of the year where more members login to their accounts than any other time of the year. Black Friday tends to have that kind of effect. There are a few things we can try though, including making sure your information is up-to-date and rewards account is linked to one BestBuy.com account. We may just end up having to use an alternative email address if nothing seems to work. Before we can do anything though, I will need to gather some additional information.
