I made a simple online purchase for a single item.
I made a simple return of the single item at a local store.
I was supposed to receive $100 back in rewards points because I used $100 in rewards points to make the purchase.
My return receipt clearly states I am supposed to receive $100 back in reward points.
The call center refuses to return the $100 in rewards points.
How can I get someone at the corporate headquarters to listen to the phone conversation I had with with a call center supervisor named Michael?
I aked for Michael's employee ID number. He refused to provide it. I asked for Michael's last name. He refused to provide it. I asked for the location of Michael's call center. He refused to provide it.
When is the corporate headquarters going to address the problems at your call centers?

Welcome and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your certificate return, and subsequent phone experience. Returning an item in which you've redeemed a reward certificate should generally result in a point credit for the reward. This credit should appear on one's membership within just a few days, as mentioned in the post below.
I'm sorry to hear you haven't seen this credit, and had such difficulties over the phone with Michael. Please know that while we should be providing respectful service to our customers, employee numbers and last names would be considered private information we wouldn't share. I would be delighted to take a look at your certificate trouble though to see what may be going on. Please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner of the page for my private message.
