I was recent My Best Buy Elite Plus last week and I checked my status this past few days and I got downgraded to My Best Buy Elite. I know I spent over 3500 and that's why I assumed when March started I retained My Best Buy Elite Plus status. But now out of the blue I'm only Elite?

Thank you for reconnecting with on the forum.
It sounds like you might be familiar with the tier expiration process. Those members that didn't spend the necessary amounts to requalify for Elite status ($1,500) or Elite Plus status ($3,500) during the 2019 calendar year would have seen their status expire at the end of February. Have you already going through your own purchase history on BestBuy.com? If not, then I would encourage you to do so. Something to keep in mind though is that sales tax and any portion of a purchase that is paid for with a gift card or certificate is excluded.
I would be happy to go over your rewards account with you to ensure you have the correct status if after reviewing your purchase history you believe to have still spent $3,500 in 2019.
