I purchased a Sony TV XBR65X900F on 1/23/19 during a promotion advertised to receive 10% back in rewards. I purchased in store in from the Magnolia department and the salesman was familiar with the current promotion. I received my normal points with Elite Plus status but have not received the promotion of additional 10%. I called in on 1/30/19 and the represenative looked up the promotion which was still available at the time. He advised me to wait unitl after 2/8/19 to see if they post and that he would note my account so it could get handled easily. I have not been able to call back into your center without the automated system going into a busy tone, so I am unable to reach anyone. This has been very frustrating to have to babysit this situation. I spent over $4000.00 in purchases that evening in store and have had several issues come out of them. Please help me get this resolved as soon as possible. Is there a working Elite Plus customer service number? Thank you

These TV offers are always exciting to participate in, as they can result in quite a lot of My Best Buy rewards points. It sounds like you're having some trouble receiving these points, or even contacting us regarding them. I hope to provide some valuable insight regarding your offer.
I'm fairly familiar with these offers, and upon checking the one you participated in, I'm glad to confirm the TV model you purchased should have qualified! With that said, it seems that we may have been eager to assume these points have purchased. In most cases, Magnolia points can take up to 30 days to post, whereas regular Best Buy purchases take 15-20 days. Points also don't tend to post until after delivery of a TV is complete.
Assuming your delivery has been completed by now, your full points may not appear until Feb. 23. I know this is contrary to the time frame originally provided by the phone agent, which doesn't help your experience either. If after this time frame you aren't seeing your points post, please do not hesitate to reach out to me here, and I'll be delighted to dig further into this with you.
