The thought of someone finding a way to get access to my rewards account and redeem the points that I had earned is frustrating enough, but to potentially have had it happen twice, I can certainly understand feeling frustrated. As far as redeeming certificates in-store, we don't require that a member present any sort of ID. That's not really even required nowadays when using a credit card. A member would just need to provide their name, phone number, and then confirm the details tied to the rewards account are accurate via the credit card kiosk.
If you haven't done so already, I'd strongly suggest resetting your online password. There are a couple other things we can try, including 2-Step Verification, that should hopefully prevent this from happening a third time, and to go over those options and gather a few more details from you, I'll be sending you a private message shortly.
