Each purchase counts when it comes to earning that next reward certificate or qualifying for Elite and Elite Plus status. A purchase would need to be attached to the correct rewards account though if it is going to count. Could you potentially have more than one active rewards account? If so, then that is an easy fix. I would just want to merge them. Otherwise, I may need to perform a little "surgery" by manually removing the points from one account and transferring them over to your account. I will know more once I have had the chance to review everything.
