Regarding best buy credit card

I did legal name change back on june and i start the request to change name on july. Speak with an agent and he update my account and send me new card with new name. after that on August my account get temp block. When i make the call an agent said i need to send doc so i can be change (which not inform back in July). So i fax my new id with updated name and court paper. After 5 days i have to esclate and got unblock. I then came upon to request new card for update exp date. Found out that it’ not change yet. So that agent update it and send me new card. Now today, i got temp block again and my account is back to old name. I esclate it the the person name Anthney whom rep as manager said he can’t do anything and said to call on 11/12 (he don’t know the reason of block). I as elite plus member really disappointed with best buy service for credit card. I want to esclate to higher up as writing here . Or i will got to online media on how best buy treat there loyal member

Welcome and thank you for connecting with us regarding your name update! It sounds like some wonky things are happening after you updated your name, as it shouldn't typically revert back. After dealing with this a couple of times, I would find it absolutely maddening to be happening again!
