I have the same issue. Yet to receive the e gift card which I wanted to spend during holidays. Looks like there are quite a few people with same issue. Please advise.

You should receive this e-gift card within four weeks of the promotion ending, and if not, the card may have been delivered to your email on December 3 or 4. If you're not able to locate this, we suggest checking your spam/junk and any promotions folders you may have as well. Sometimes these kinds of emails can be filtered there rather than your regular inbox. If you're still in need of assistance, please let me know!
