I have the same issue. Made a purcahse of $300+ on October 2nd but yet to receive the $25 e-Gift card. Called and was tranferred between various depts of Best Buy and Citi six times for an hour! And was simply hung up on the last one who (pretended - I guess) cannot hear me. This kind of promotion seems to fall through cracks and no dept is direclty responsible for it - totally sucks!

Generally, it can take up to four weeks for promotions such as this to be sent to you. Have you checked your Spam, Junk or Promotion folders to see if this may have been filtered out of your inbox? If you've still been unable to locate this, I would be glad to take a closer look at your My Best Buy account.
