Neither have I received the $25 certificate, despite having purchased equipment worth a couple of $k. I've sent private messages to several of the Best Buy folks here and have not heard anything back.

 

Is this how Elite Plus members are treated?

Thank you for taking the time to stop by our community forums. Getting a My Best Buy certificate is always great, especially if it's a bonus for a purchase you were already planning to make!
