This also happened to me. I was elite plus and spent a few hundred over $1500, but was just downgraded to base. I will also PM you my details.

Welcome to the Best Buy Support Online Forum Community! I understand how concerning it would be to see that your tier level doesn’t match where you thought you were at for 2018. Thank you for sending me a private message regarding this matter.
At the end of every February, My Best Buy™ members who have not re-qualified for their tier statuses during the prior calendar year will have their current tier statuses expire. This may cause some changes to your rewards account that will impact the benefits you receive from our program afterwards. It’s possible that some purchases you might have made may not have qualified, or may not have been properly attached to your account. We’d be delighted double check your account to make sure your tier level for our My Best Buy program is correct. We do have very helpful FAQ here on this subject that we recommend checking out, if you haven't already.
